We like to keep a certain amount of pads in various patterns
in stock at all times.
However there is rarely a problem doing custom orders.
In fact we encourage them! We can change the length, width and thickness to an extent) of most pads.
Waterproofing is also available but is rarely needed The fabrics are washed before they are sewn to reduce bunching.
If your pads still bunch you may opt to iron your pads. Not my thing, but others swear by it.
Each pad is made with layers of cotton/hemp terry sandwiched in between cotton flannel. The number of layers refer to the amount of hemp/cotton terry in between the flannel, and not the flannel itself.
